As soon as the ccleaner finished installing i launched it, ccleaner pro, trial version I didn't change anything from the stuff marked by defult and pressed clean, i had chrome opened and didn't want to close it because i was doing some work on it so I ignored the message that said i should close chrome and continued, all was Fine, and the ccleaner finished and told me how much memory was freed.
With the ccleaner opened i tried to open the control panel and i got an error message "application could not run…" , i tried again and got the same message. I tried to close the running programs but the computer completely froze but the mouse was working, i though it's just some bug so i tried to launch the task manager but it didn't launch, after some minutes I decided to press the power button to turn it off, when i turned it on again i got the blue screen with the "you computer ran into some problem restart after we run some …" message, when i restart i get another blue screen with"restart" or "advanced options" i tried every option that i am able to understand what it does like "restore", rest and keep data" , startup options for safe mode, start up repair, exit and continue to win 10, shut down.
