If you set it up properly and if it works at all similar to Greenify, though obviously the difference being killing apps instead of hibernating, it could definitely improve performance for phones with small amounts of RAM.

On my old GNex, Greenify made a huge well, relatively I just had to watch what I set it to hibernate. Mail apps, Pandora, etc etc were all out. However Netflix, Maps, etc etc were all safe to hibernate.
